Do you teach Bharatanatyam?

Why yes, I do!  I teach beginner to intermediate students currently.  My teaching style is accessible and playful.  As a first generation South Asian American, I'm keenly aware, as I witness my 9-year old daughter, that I want to find ways to make our ancient artforms approachable and fun.  Her reaction is my litmus test.  So far...so good!

Awesome!  So glad you asked!  I teach children in Laguna Beach on Saturdays at 9am-10am.  The beautiful dance space in in the lovely Susi Q Community Center downtown.  From LA, it's only an hour to class - with the most fanastic teacher ever!  ;) - and there are no shortage of ways to stroll through Laguna while the kids are in class.  Farmers Market?  Check!  Cafes? Check!  Beach Basketball?  Check, right on Main Beach!  You get the idea.
